ROTOSHIELD is a high performance polymer coating designed to yield multiple releases when used in the rotational molding process. This semi-permanent coating, when properly applied during the rotational molding process, will not build up on the tool surface and will not transfer or otherwise interfere with secondary bonding or painting during rotational molding. For rotational molding, ROTOSHIELD is a 100% solvent-free, completely NON-VOC formulation that exceeds the most demanding environmental requirements and when combined with our water-based cleaner, WATERCLEAN, and optional water-based conditioner SEALBRITE, provides a 100% Non-Hazardous release system for the rotational molding industry.
