- Spraying is simple, predictable and consistent.
- Highly controllable via aerosol can, pot gun, and even a Milwaukee sprayer. Pressures vary from process to process, and the temperature and humidity have some effect on the viscosity and way it sprays, as well as the orifice size. But StayZ is very easy to manage and is very user friendly. Most spray tuning with StayZ takes just a few short bursts and it's flowing predictably and smoothly, it's key to remember to keep the spray tip clean and free of buildup for the best results. Takes just a few minutes to get comfortable with most any pressure setting or process variant.
- I have used StayZ at several Aerospace and Defense Contractors throughout the US. I've used it in the Pre Preg applications and on numerous infusions. My experience with StayZ as an enhancing interface tool for debulking has been phenomenal. Most controlled environments leave Pre Pregs a bit tack free and somewhat unwilling to consolidate "stick together" during debulking, which translates to longer de-bulk times and higher cost for each and every de-bulk, I've found StayZ to hold Pre-Pregs in multiple ply stacks in place in half the time of typical de-bulk.
- On infusions my experience has been equally Phenomenal! I have infused satellite dishes, military vehicle, hoods, bomb blast mitigation parts and a huge variety of other unmentionable projects. On each and every one the contractor does their own in house testing and determination of success is based on the finished products overall performance. I have yet to have any test speciment rejected due to any StayZ related issues.
- On the commercial side there are 100 to 1 infusion opportunities to Pre Preg use, meaning infusion is our next great frontier. I have used StayZ on everything from sinks to ships, and anything else my clients come up with to infuse. I have never had any infusion failure due to superb spray interface. And as much as I have involved in infusions, I still from time to time come up with a bridge here or there. But I also need to emphasize the number of bridges in my infusion parts has been reduced dramatically with the use of StayZ. - Due to the sensitive nature of working with Military contractors, I cannot give their specific property results, but I can reaffirm, I have never had any physical property failures due to StayZ.
