This manufacturer of hard & soft armor was experiencing slight sticking & some dry patches on the parts with a competitor’s release system.   Zyvax suggested utilizing Sealer GP & EnviroShield to improve slip & increase resin flow at the mold’s surface.

After making the conversion to Zyvax mold release this manufacturer has been running 3 shifts 20 hrs per day while eliminating the previous issues.
